Quotes, Rates, and Price Variations

• Safri Mahmood provides both live and static rates from our suppliers, including airlines, cruise liners, and hotels.
• If prices or services change before your booking is confirmed, we will notify you. You can cancel without any charge if you are unsatisfied.

Bookings – Deposits & Final Payments

1. Customers must pay the booking amount prior to the tour’s commencement, as specified by Safrimahmood.
2. If any increase in costs occurs (due to transportation, accommodation, exchange rates, etc.), Safrimahmood reserves the right to adjust the booking fee.
3. Any increase or decrease in the booking amount will be communicated to the customer.

Cancellation Due to Causes Attributable to Safrimahmood

1. You may cancel your booking if Safrimahmood is unable to provide the travel services.
2. If you cancel, we will refund the booking fee, excluding amounts paid for services already rendered (transportation, accommodation, etc.).
3. This does not affect your right to claim damages from Safrimahmood.

Bookings Made Less Than 45 Days Before Travel

• Bookings made less than 45 days before travel must be paid through Bank Transfer, Cheque, RTGS, NEFT, or online bank transfer.

Standard Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation 30 days before departure: 30% of the tour cost will be charged.
2. Cancellation 20 days before departure: 50% of the tour cost will be charged.
3. Cancellation less than 10 days before departure: 100% of the tour cost will be charged.
4. After submitting the passport, a minimum cancellation fee of ₹6,000 will apply.
5. All cancellations must be made in writing to the same person who made your booking. No verbal cancellations will be accepted.

Child Policy

• Applies to children aged 1-6 years.
• Hotel accommodation and meals are free, but visa charges apply to all, including children.
• If a separate bed is required, accommodation charges will apply.

Booking Policy

• You can pay an advance amount or pay the full amount once your Umrah ticket and visa are confirmed.
• Payments can be made via NEFT, RTGS, Credit/Debit cards, or cheque. Cash payments and transfers to personal accounts are not accepted.

Travel Insurance

• Safri Mahmood provides health insurance during your Umrah journey. In case of accidents or health issues, your expenses will be covered by the insurance company.
• We ensure our customers’ comfort and safety with the best insurance standards.

Documents Required

• A valid Indian passport (with at least six months validity) and recent passport-size photographs with a white background.
• A Pan card is also required.

Note: Women must travel with a mahram (father, brother, husband, or son) for Umrah/Hajj. Men do not require this condition.
